The number of people who visited your site. We are privacy friendly so we don’t use cookies and other persistent identifiers. If a person visits from multiple devices or on multiple days, they are counted as separate visitors.
The total number of times your pages were loaded by your visitors.Bounce Rate The percentage of visitors with a single page view. A visitor “bounces” away and leaves your site after only viewing a single page.
How long time visitors spend on your site. It only shows people who visit more than one page. For those who visit one page only we default to 0 seconds. Average visit duration is the sum of all session lengths divided by the number of sessions, which includes the 0 second visits (bounces).
Session is a set of actions that a user takes on your site. A session is started when a visitor first lands on your page and ended when no action is taken on your site for 30 minutes.
How many people are currently on your site. This includes all visitors who have loaded a page in the last 5 minutes.

Your "Top Sources" report shows which referral sources are driving traffic to your website. Click on the "details" button to see the visitors coming from "Direct / None" and also get extra insights such as visit duration by referral source. Click on any referral source to filter the dashboard by it.
The Top Sources report also includes all the traffic tagged with UTM tags such as utm_source
, utm_medium
and utm_campaign
. You can use UTM tags to understand which marketing and promotional activities are working well and are driving traffic.
The fact that the referral sources are counted only when they start a new session on your site prevents external domains such as a payment gateway that the user is being taken through to show up in the referrers list. No need for you to manually exclude referrers.
The Top Pages report shows which pages your visitors are visiting the most often. You can use it to identify the most popular content on your site. Click on any page to see the page drilldown with further details. You can also click on the "details" button to see the full list of pages with additional metrics. The number of pageviews, bounce rate, and time on page for the individual pages are included too.
You can also see the traffic flow by looking at the "Entry Pages" and "Exit Pages" reports. You can click on the "details" button to see the full list with additional details. For entry pages details include visit duration for visits that started on a specific page and for exit pages details include the exit rate percentage.
Your "Devices" report shows the screen size, the browser and the operating system (OS) of your visitors. It helps you identify and understand the type of device your visitors use the most often so you can optimize your website experience to them.
Your "Locations" report shows where in the world your visitors are coming from. You can click on the "details" button to see the full list of countries ranked by the number of visitors. There you can also see the percentage of your total traffic the individual country stands for.
Click on any country to see the list of regions within that country where your visitors are coming from. Click on any region to see the list of cities within that region. You can also use the "Countries", "Regions" and "Cities" tabs on the top of the report.
